I can not find my order confirmation, where do i look or who do i contact?

All orders placed through our web shop should receive a confirmation of the order via email. If you have not yet received a order confirmation please check your spam folder before contacting us. If the order confirmation is not there either, then please let us know through the contact form and we will send it immediately.

Where can i find a retailer close to my location?

Please see our list of retailers to locate one close to you. You can also search for a retailer using our retail locator at our Where to Buy page.

How do i find my size?

Some of our jewellery are one-size, some can be adjusted to fit you and some have different sizes. Please choose your correct size when placing the order. We have four different sizes, S, M, L and XL. Please check the length at the product page. For additional questions regarding sizes please get in touch through our contact form. Measure the circumference of your wrist using a tape measure or similar. See how to measure and our different sizes below. measurePlease note that if you want a tighter fit, your measure should be close to the higher number for each size, and if you want a loose fit, it should be closer to the lower number (for example, if you measure 17cm around your wrist and want a tight fit, choose S and if you want a looser fit, choose M) S: Below 17cm M: 17-18cm L: 18,5 – 20cm XL: 20,5 – 22cmFor “Sold Out” items please contact us for information regarding when the item will be back in stock.

Will my favorite jewelry be restocked?

Items that are marked as ”Sold Out” will be unavailable for a short period of time until restocked – all other items are in stock.

What materials are used for the Nic & Friends jewelry?

For our jewellery we are using sterling silver (925), waxed cotton and other natural, genuine high quality materials like semi-precious stones and leather.

Where are the products produced?

All of our silver jewellery are hand made by skilled silversmiths in Indonesia and the straps are hand weaved as well, to give the products that genuine, hand crafted quality feel. Each piece is unique.

How do i take care of my jewelry?

Since our jewellery are produced by high quality, genuine materials, they are quite resilient and you do not need to take any special care with the the jewellery or give it any special treatment. The waxed cotton bracelets and semi-precious stones are water resistant, and the waxing process keeps the colors looking nice for a long time without fading. Once you put on a bracelet, you do not need to take it off again!

Payment

What payment methods do Nic & Friends accept?

You can pay using Visa, MasterCard and Paypal. We are working together with DIBS for secure payments by credit/debit card, for both your safety and ours. No extra fee is charged when paying with bank or credit card. DIBS meets the requirements for PCI-DSS. For larger orders we can offer you the possibility to receive an invoice. Please contact us for more information regarding this.

Why is my order not going through when I try to pay for it?

Make sure that you have the right amount available in your account. Also, check with your credit card company that your card is activated for internet purchases. If everything seems to be ok on your end, please contact us and we will check it out at our end.

What about additional charges like VAT, taxes and customs?

Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. NIC&FRIENDS ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If any such additional charges occur they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information. The customer is responsible for any return shipments due to cancelled orders, faulty products or any other reason to return goods to Sweden.For “Sold Out” items please contact us for information regarding when the item will be back in stock.

What is 3D Secure?

Our payment provider DIBS supports 3D Secure to identify the cardholder for purchases on the Internet and thereby reduce the risk of misuse of credit card information. If your card is connected to 3D Secure you will be switched over to your online bank for verification before your payment is approved. If you have further questions about security or payment, please contact us.

Shipping & Delivery

How do I cancel/adjust my order?

If you would like to cancel your order or make any adjustments it is very important that you contact us right away. Please use ”CANCEL ORDER” or ”ADJUST ORDER” together with your order number in the subject field. If we do not receive a message directly after the order has been placed, we can not guarantee that we have time to stop the shipment. If a canceled order has already been sent, the customer will be in charge of sending the item back. If an order is being refused by the recipient for an unknown/unapproved reason, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 25 EURO for the cost of returning the item by the carrier.

When will my order be shipped?

For items in stock, usually we deliver your order immediately. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days for delivery in the nordic countries (Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland), 3-4 working days for the rest of Europe and 4-8 days for the rest of the world. We ship using the Swedish post, UPS, DHL or other shipping company. Please note that we can not take responsibility for delays outside of our control. Where is my product?

Once your order has been approved and shipping booked, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and tracking number.

When will I receive my order?

Estimated delivery time is 1-2 working days for delivery in the nordic countries (Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland), 2-4 working days for the rest of Europe and 3-6 days for the rest of the world. For some destinations it might take up to 10 working days. We ship using the Swedish post, UPS, DHL or other shipping company. Please note that we can not take responsibility for delays outside of our control.

Is my package insured?

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from our warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. The customer bears the responsibility for items during returns and exchanges.

Returns & Exchanges

Important information regarding returns

For all customers outside the European Union. when returning a product for exchange or refund make sure to notify your local customs office so they can refund you the tax and customs fee or prevent you from having to pay it twice – as this isn’t anything we can control from our side. Shipping costs All customers pay the return-shipping fee. If you send back a faulty product please contact us first so we can send you a return label. It is very important that we receive this information, as we are not always able to reimburse you for the shipping costs afterwards. Receiving a refund Your refund will be credited to the credit card used when you placed your order. Additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded.

How do i return/exchange an item?

Items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the return form, within 14 days upon delivery. Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag and seal still attached. 1. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box. 2. Print and carefully fill out our return form (below) and place it in the box. You can also use this form if you want to change your order to a different product. 3. Close the box and tape it securely. 4. Place your return shipping label on the box over the original delivery information. 5. Return at your nearest delivery point. I have received a faulty product, what do i do?

We need to establish the details of the damage before we decide how to return the item. Please do not send anything back to us without our prior knowledge and confirmation. If you send back a faulty product make sure to contact us before so we can send you a return label. It’s very important that we receive this information, as we are not always able to reimburse you for the shipping costs afterwards.For “Sold Out” items please contact us for information regarding when the item will be back in stock.

Can I exchange for a more expensive product?

For security reasons, we do not save your payment information in our database. Therefore, you are not able to exchange an item for a more expensive one. If you make an exchange for a less expensive item, you will receive a refund to the original purchasers’ credit card.

Can I change my order?

An order cannot be changed once it has been processed at our warehouse. Depending on the status of the order, we only offer to cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible and notify us if you wish to cancel your order. Make sure to have your order number available.We ship using the Swedish post, UPS, DHL or other shipping company. Please note that we can not take responsibility for delays outside of our control.

Can I add items to my order?

It is not possible to add items to an already placed order. This must be handled as a separate order in the web shop.
